1. Privacy at a glance
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.
The short version: this website sets no cookies, embeds no advertising or tracking services, and loads its fonts from its own server. No request is made to a third party without your action.
2. Responsible party
The party responsible for data processing on this website is the provider named in the imprint. For any questions about data protection you can reach us using the contact details given there.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider. The personal data collected on this website is stored on that host’s servers. This concerns primarily IP addresses, metadata and website accesses.
Host: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA.
The use of the host is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably as possible.
4. Server log files
The host automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the purpose of technically error-free operation.
5. No cookies, no tracking, local fonts
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No audience measurement takes place.
All fonts used are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other content delivery network, and no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.
6. External content in project previews
Individual project pages may embed a live preview of the respective website. This preview is loaded only after an explicit click — before that, no connection to the website in question is established.
When you load the preview, your IP address and technical details of your browser are transmitted to the provider of the embedded website. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by clicking.
7. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the information you provide, including the contact details you supply, will be stored by us in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
8. Your rights
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have a right to have this data corrected or deleted. You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of data protection.
In detail, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)
9. SSL encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser line.
